Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how RealQuick Media Co (“RealQuick Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit rqmedia.co (the “Site”), contact us, apply to work with us, or otherwise interact with our business. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

This policy does not cover information practices of third parties, including social media platforms, brands or other websites that we may link to or that may link to us.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, submit our contact form, apply to join our roster, apply for a job, or correspond with us, we collect the information you choose to give us — such as your name, email address, social media handles, audience and engagement information, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, including through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from other sources. We may collect publicly available information (for example, from public social media profiles) and information from business partners, in connection with evaluating or facilitating talent representation and brand partnerships.

3. How we use information

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site and our services;
  • respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
  • evaluate and facilitate talent representation, brand partnerships and campaigns;
  • evaluate applications to our roster or team;
  • send administrative, marketing or promotional communications (which you can opt out of at any time);
  • monitor and analyze usage and trends, and measure the effectiveness of our Site;
  • protect our rights, property, safety, business and personnel, and those of our creators, clients and others;
  • detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.

We may aggregate, de-identify or anonymize information so it no longer reasonably identifies you, and we may use and disclose such information for any lawful purpose without restriction.

4. Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK visitors)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in operating, promoting and protecting our business (where not overridden by your rights); your consent, where required; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information, to the fullest extent permitted by law, with:

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and analytics), under obligations appropriate to their role;
  • Brands, agencies and business partners, where reasonably necessary to explore or execute talent representation, campaigns or partnerships you have inquired about or participate in;
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, where reasonably necessary;
  • Authorities and other parties where required or appropriate: to comply with law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; to enforce our agreements and policies; or to protect the rights, property or safety of RealQuick Media, our creators, our clients or others;
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset.

6. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality. If we adopt analytics tools, the resulting data is used in aggregate to improve the Site and our services.

7. Social platforms and third-party links

The Site links to social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) and other third-party websites, and displays content associated with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed solely by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any third party, and we disclaim all liability arising from them to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the context in which it was collected, and we may retain information longer where required or permitted by law.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of information to us is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. International transfers

We are headquartered in the United States and operate internationally, including in the United Kingdom. Personal information may be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate steps to safeguard such transfers.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — for example, the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the rights to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any rights available to you, contact us at team@rqmedia.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline requests where permitted by law. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. Children's privacy

The Site is a general-audience website intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Creators and talent

Where we represent or work with creators who are minors, we do so through and with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, under separate agreements and safeguards that are outside the scope of this website policy. Publicly displayed creator information on the Site (such as names, images and social handles) is published with appropriate authorization. Inquiries about creator information on the Site may be directed to team@rqmedia.co.

14. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Changes are effective when the updated policy is posted on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
